London Fashion Week 2015 - Anya Hindmarch


On reflection of this years LFW2015, I am loving ANYA HINDMARCH's 'Apophenia, - playing tricks on your mind. She uses retro logos from brands such as 'Boots, 'John Lewis' and good old childhood memories, this offering is original yet innovative. Everyone recognises a brand logo, yet Hindmarch has turned this around and has used such items to create patterns that tessellate, whilst turning the brand logo on its head but also gives it a deeper meaning.
This concept takes me back to studying on my degree. 'Think literal not lateral'
